We live in Oshkosh and love the water. We have always dreamed our daughters wedding would be at The Waters. It is an impeccably restored, “Legion on the Lake” , historical site. It seems no expense was spared in bringing it back to its original grandeur. Beautiful to say the least. Kate, Lindsey and Ryan were exceptional at making us feel welcome and special. Ryan was there the week preceding and the entire day of the event. He was easy to work with, flexible and attended to every detail for us. The entire time at The Waters was amazing. Thank you so much. We highly recommend.
My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner and wedding at The Waters July 25th 2020. What a beautiful venue! Words can’t even describe it, Inside and out! We’ve had so many compliments from our guests and everyone enjoyed the sunset views, upstairs patio, the bar and the list goes on. Our guests also told us that the staff at the bar including Ryan, were very nice and fun ! Which means a lot to us! The staff was very nice, we worked with Ryan and Lindsey mostly, who helped us out a lot and were very kind. It was difficult to plan a wedding during a pandemic and unknown time of what each week will bring state rules wise but we had great support from both Ryan and Lindsey who stayed on top of everything and made sure we were notified on at least a bi-weekly basis with any updates. The venue is spacious , lots of room for social distancing during these times. The service we got and the venue locations = perfect! We would highly recommend and we will definitely consider again for another event! Thank you all so much for everything, our day was beautiful!
Our daughter’s reception at The Waters couldn’t have been better! Kim and Lindsey are an absolute delight to work with. Their skill, attention to details, hospitality and graciousness made the shimmery, winter wonderland vision come through. In fact, the evening was so much fun that the next weekend my husband and I woke up, looked at each other and both said we wished we could have a do over and wouldn’t have changed anything! Thanks, Kim and Lindsey, for creating a beautiful celebration of Maggie & Kaleb’s love!
For Charles and me, The Waters’ spectacular facility and gem of a property were just the beginning. The staff delivered unparalleled service with details carefully thought out, expertly planned and flawlessly executed. We found them to be responsive, collaborative with vendors and hospitable through the whole experience. The Waters team is nothing short of world class.
