Our pristine facility offers the latest audio and video technology, while providing a refreshing escape from the typical hotel conference center at any time of year.  Your reservation gives you and your guests exclusive access to all of The Waters, including our Harbor Bar, Grand Ballroom and our Lake Winnebago shoreline.

The Waters accommodates a maximum of 300 guests at any time of year. Our Grand Ballroom comfortably seats 172. Guests at larger events are free to enjoy food and drinks in the ballroom, in the first-floor Winnebago Room and on the lakeside screened porch and balcony.

Enjoy exclusive access to our first and second floors, lakeside screened porch, second-floor balcony and harbor on Lake Winnebago when you reserve The Waters for your next business party, meeting or seminar.


Our Winnebago Room transforms from a banquet room for small company recognition ceremonies to an elegant setting for your holiday party.

Our nautical Harbor Room and Bar serves as a lively gathering place during any season. Our handcrafted, mahogany Harbor Bar is stocked with an impressive selection of beer, wine and spirits. Custom cocktails, liquor options and champagne/wine toast packages are available upon request.


The Grand Ballroom accommodates both black-tie events with sit-down dinners and casual company mixers. The modern sound system, LCD projector and large projector screen allow speakers to easily share information with crowds of any size.


Your guests enjoy private parking steps away from our venue. The Waters features an extended overhang in front of the main entrance, offering protection from the elements and handicap-accessible entry to both floors of the building. Our elevator serves all floors of the building, making it fully accessible.

Meet The Team

Lindsey Wara is the Event Coordinator at The Waters. She has been with The Waters since 2010.   Lindsey’s attentive, efficient management makes planning your corporate event effortless. Lindsey and the team will be with you every step of the way.

Ryan Rohde is the Bar and Operations Manager. He has been with The Waters since 2012, and now keeps track of day to day operations to keep the grounds pristine. Ryan will usually be seen behind the bar at your event smiling and making great conversation with guests.

Kate Wyman is the Marketing and Community Relations Manager. Kate has been with the Waters since 2018. She has marketed for many industries, and is thrilled to work at an establishment she has deep passion for. Although you might not see her, Kate is working behind the scenes to make your day perfectly picturesque.
