The Waters is a premier lakefront wedding and event venue seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Venue Assistant & Seasonal Restaurant Lead to join our full-time team. This role is a key support position responsible for front-line client communication, event setup logistics, inventory accountability, and seasonal leadership of our yacht club restaurant.
This position reports to the Director of Events & Finance. It is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, takes ownership of responsibilities, and enjoys being the operational backbone that keeps events and service running smoothly.
In addition to weddings and private events, The Waters is home to the Oshkosh Yacht Club, a seasonal members-based restaurant operating from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The yacht club offers food and beverage service to members several evenings per week and is an important part of our summer operations. This role plays a key part in supporting smooth restaurant service and acting as an on-site operational lead during yacht club hours.
