The Venue
Reserving The Waters for your special occasion gives you and your guests exclusive access to our entire facility. Entertain guests at your celebration in our first-floor Harbor Bar and Winnebago Room, in the Grand Ballroom on the second floor, in our waterfront, Nantucket-inspired screened porch and on our open-air balcony.
The Waters accommodates a maximum of 300 guests. Our Grand Ballroom comfortably seats 172. Guests at larger events are free to enjoy food and drinks in the ballroom, in the first-floor Winnebago Room and on the lakeside screened porch and balcony.

Reserving The Waters gives you and your guests exclusive access to the entire facility. The harbor view provides a one-of-kind backdrop for group photos year-round or a calming escape for moments of reflection.
Your guests enjoy private parking connected to the venue. The Waters features an extended overhang in front of the main entrance, offering protection from the elements and handicap-accessible entry to both floors of the building. Our elevator serves all floors of the building, making it fully accessible.

Our first floor features rooms perfect for any season. Cozy up by the fireplace in our Winnebago Room during your winter holiday party, or enjoy a cocktail on our Nantucket-inspired screened porch during the warm summer months.
Our nautical Harbor Room and Bar serves as a lively gathering place during any season. Our handcrafted, mahogany Harbor Bar is stocked with an impressive selection of beer, wine and spirits. Custom cocktails and liquor options are available upon request. We also offer champagne and wine toast packages for your special occasion.
Four breathtaking Italian crystal chandeliers spread sparkling light onto the original hardwood floor in our Grand Ballroom. The room and its built-in stage and modern sound system are perfect for all activities, including dining, dancing, presentations and other entertainment.
The ballroom opens to our open-air balcony, where guests will enjoy unmatched views of Lake Winnebago.
