The Venue
The Waters can accommodate 10 to 300 guests at any time of year. Whether your gathering is large or small, you have access to the full building with your rental, and have the choice of multiple spots to host your meeting or get together. The second floor grand ballroom is perfect for more formal dinners as well as events where a stage is needed. The first floor ballroom is great for presentations where a podium, microphone and screen are necessary. Take advantage of the bar and harbor room for cocktails hour or networking gatherings. Having an event in the summer? Enjoy the Lake Winnebago views on the balcony, patio or screened porch.

The Winnebago Room transforms from a banquet room for small company recognition ceremonies to an elegant setting for your holiday party.
The nautical Harbor Room and Bar serves as a lively gathering place during any season. Our handcrafted, mahogany bar is stocked with an impressive selection of beer, wine and spirits. Custom cocktails, liquor options and champagne/wine toast packages are available upon request.
The Grand Ballroom accommodates both black-tie events with sit-down dinners and casual company mixers. The modern sound system, LCD projector and large projector screen allow speakers to easily share information with crowds of any size. The stage in the front of the room is ideal for performers, speakers and award ceremonies.

Your guests enjoy private parking connected to the venue grounds. The Waters features an extended overhang in front of the main entrance, offering protection from the elements. A handicap-accessible entry and elevator is available with access to both floors of the building.
